Long grain rice
210 grams
Lean beef
400 grams
Teriyaki sauce
80 grams
vegetable oil
1 tablespoon
Frozen broccoli
450 grams
canned tomatoes
400 grams
Chestnut
250 grams
pepper, salt
chopped ginger
1 teaspoon
Chopped garlic
1 teaspoon
  1. Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Meanwhile, mix the Teriyaki sauce with your meat pieces and marinate for 5 minutes.
  3. Take a wok or a large pan, and add oil, bring to high heat. Add the ginger and chopped garlic.
  4. Add the beef and marinade to the wok, stir for about 2 minutes and cook.
  5. Once your beef pieces are cooked, add the broccoli and mix together.
  6. Continue stirring for 5 minutes. After that, add the drained tomatoes and water chestnuts and stir for another 2 minutes so that all the ingredients mix well.
  7. Just divide the rice evenly among your bowls and add your delicious teriyaki beef mixture!
