These appetizers are a little unknown but so simple to make that you should not hesitate to please young and old.

Ingredients

Metric US
fresh bacon bits
300 grams
Flour
220 grams
baking powder
1 packet
Salt
1/2 teaspoon
Butter
100 grams
fresh double cream
200 grams

  1. Put the lardons in the oven for 10 minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 356° F.
  3. In a bowl, mix the flour with the yeast and salt, the softened butter, the eggs and the fresh cream.
  4. Finally, add the grilled bacon.
  5. Pour the muffin batter upto to 3/4 of the silicone pans.
  6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the muffin tops are golden.
  7. Unmold and leave to cool down.
