Ingredients

Salmon fillet (4 oz)

Spinach leaves
60 grams
Chopped garlic
1 teaspoon
Olive oil
2 teaspoons
coriander
1 tablespoon
Paprika
1 pinch
pepper, salt
1 pinch
  1. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. Wash the spinach leaves and wring them out.
  3. Peel and finely chop the garlic.
  4. Cut 4 pieces of baking paper into rectangles (30x40cm) and place the spinach leaves in the center of each.
  5. Place the salmon fillets on each baking paper. Add chopped garlic and coriander on top and sprinkle with paprika. Add salt and pepper to taste. Finish by drizzling oil over each salmon fillet.
  6. Close your parchment paper rectangles to form papillotes.
  7. Place the papillotes in a baking dish and bake for 12 to 20 minutes, depending on the degree of cooking desired.
  8. Once cooked, remove the papillotes from the oven and carefully remove your spinach salmon fillets and place on a plate with vegetables as a side dish or potatoes.
