  1. Etaler la pâte et la piquer à la fourchette.
  2. La badigeonner au pinceau de sauce pesto en allant jusqu'aux bords puis saupoudrer de parmesan râpé.
  3. Enrouler un côté de la pâte jusqu'au milieu puis faire de même avec l'autre côté afin que les 2 côtés se rejoignent et forment un palmier.
  4. Passer le rouleau ainsi formé 1/4h au congélateur de façon à faire durcir un peu la pâte feuilletée.
  5. Découper des palmiers d'un cm d'épaisseur qui, une fois disposés sur la plaque du four recouverte de papier sulfurisé, seront dorés au jaune d'oeuf.
  6. Faire cuire 20mn à four 200°.
