- Cut the muffins into 2 parts and put them in a toaster.
- Cook your fried egg in a buttered pan, season with salt and pepper.
- In another pan, sauté bacon and set aside.
- Place a slice of cheese on each half of the muffin.
- Lay the bacon on one muffin half and the egg on the other part of the muffin.
- Bake at 200 °C (400°F) for 7 to 8 minutes and serve immediately.
