Ingredients
- Unsalted butter
- 120 grams
- Eggs
- 3
- Powdered sugar
- 150 grams
- Flour
- 150 grams
- baking powder
- 10 grams
- Turn on the oven and let it preheat to 180° C (356° F).
- In a large bowl, place your whole eggs and 150g of powdered sugar and whisk vigorously until all the sugar is absorbed.
- In a frying pan or in the microwave, you can melt the butter and then add it to the egg and sugar mixture. Whisk again to mix the butter well.
- Once the mixture is ready, you can now arrange the batter in small muffin tins, or a cupcake tin. Be careful to fill the molds two-thirds full as muffin batter tends to rise very quickly. Then place them on your baking sheet.
- Put your baking sheet in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
- You can also add flavorings to your muffins, such as vanilla or almond extract! Just add them to your batter before putting them in the baking pan!
- Once your muffins are ready, let them cool or serve them warm as a snack or dessert! What a treat for the taste buds!
