Quelle fierté que de présenter son pain maison tout droit sorti du four! On pourra le présenter en gros pain rond ou sous forme de baguette ou bien de petites michettes.

Ingredients

Metric US
baker's yeast
2 packets
T55 flour
700 grams
Salt
1.5 teaspoons
warm water
30 centiliters
  1. Délayer la levure de boulanger dans un peu d'eau tiède et de farine et laisser reposer 15mn.
  2. Dans un grand saladier mêler la farine et le sel puis incorporer la levure et l'eau tiède petit à petit jusqu'à bonne consistance .
  3. Pétrir cette pâte pour qu'elle devienne souple puis la rouler en boule et la taper sèchement sur la table et ainsi de suite durant 15mn.
  4. Déposer cette boule de pâte sur un plat, la recouvrir d'un torchon humide et la laisser lever durant 2h pour qu'elle double de volume.
  5. L'aplatir puis la former en pain rond, en baguette ou en petites michettes.
  6. Laisser encore lever 1h30.
  7. Faire cuire à four 200° pendant 20 à 30mn selon la taille du pain.
