1 liter
orange juice
1 liter
pineapple juice
1 liter
pineapple-juice
1 liter
mango juice
1 liter
cane syrup
10 tablespoons
grapefruit

  1. Choisissez un grand saladier capable de contenir au moins 5 litres. Si vous n’en avez pas vous pouvez prendre une grande marmite pour la préparation.
  2. Découpez tous les fruits en lamelles, ajoutez-y le sirop de canne et mélangez ! Rajoutez aussi le rhum, le jus d’orange, d’ananas, de goyave et de mangue. Mélangez une fois de plus.
  3. Réservez pendant une durée de deux heures au frigo.
  4. Décorez le récipient dans lequel vous allez servir, avec les fruits coupés avec des formes originales. Servez-vous à l’aide d’une louche et dégustez le breuvage accompagné de petits mets à l’heure de l’apéro.
