Stir-fry noodles is a typical asian recipe! Easy and quick to prepare, Asian noodles are a real treat which can be cooked in endless ways including stir-fry in a wok as in the recipe below!

Ingredients

Chinese noodles

Nuoc Mam sauce

  1. Peel and julienne your carrots. Then slice the garlic and the red onion. Chop peppers into strips and chicken breasts into cubes. Finely chop the lemongrass and finely chop the coriander and parsley. Wash the soy sprouts.
  2. In a saucepan filled with water, stir in some of the lemongrass with a strainer and leave for at least 10 minutes in the water to infuse. Then remove the lemongrass sprigs and pour a nuoc mâm tablespoon into the water.
  3. Cook your Asian pasta al dente and set aside.
  4. In a large skillet or wok, heat a drizzle of oil and fry the chicken pieces in hot oil until they are colored. Keep for later use.
  5. Do not rinse and keep the same pan to sauté your noodles. Add a splash of sesame oil and sauté the red onion and the carrots julienne and cook while stirring for 2 minutes. Add the pepper strips and cook for another 5 minutes. Then add the leek, leave 2 minutes. Finally, add garlic and lemongrass and mix vigorously. Be sure to cook each ingredient after each addition.
  6. Then add the browned chicken pieces and noodles at the end of cooking. Mix well in the wok.
  7. Take out the wok from the fire and mix. Sprinkle with chopped coriander, chopped parsley, sesame seeds. Enjoy hot, a real delight!
