Ingredients

smooth wheat tortillas
4
Chicken breasts

Tomatoes

Olive oil
1 tablespoon
mustard or mayonnaise
4 teaspoons

  1. Cook your chicken in some olive oil in a previously heated pan, then cut it into thin slices.
  2. You can then spread your tortillas with mustard or mayonnaise, add lettuce, slices of chicken and sliced tomatoes. Season as you like.
  3. When you have stuffed your tortillas, roll up and cover with a cling film before putting them in the refrigerator.
  4. Once your wraps have chilled, you can cut them diagonally, in two and enjoy a very fresh meal!
  5. The choice is yours for the accompaniment of your wraps ! Mayonnaise sauce, olive oil, tomato sauce, mustard, salad dressing, cheese and chives sauce, cream or lemon juice!
  6. If you cannot find tortillas at the supermarket, you can also opt for swedish bread. You can soften them by putting a few seconds in the microwave.
