Softened butter

  1. Commencez par préchauffer votre four à 200 ◦C.
  2. Laver, éplucher et épépiner vos poires et les découper en petits morceaux.
  3. Mettre vos poires dans un plat à gratin ou un moule préalablement beurré.
  4. Verser le jus d’un demi-citron sur les poires. Saupoudrer de cannelle.
  5. Mélanger la farine, le beurre mou et le sucre du bout des doigts et effriter. Vous devez obtenir une texture sableuse.
  6. Verser le mélange beurre-farine-sucre sur les poires.
  7. Mettre au four 25 minutes.
