This delicious banana cake is as easy to make as it is to eat!

- Sift your flour.
- Weigh the butter and leave it out of the refrigerator until it slightly softens.
- Butter your cake pan and preheat your oven to 180°C.
- Peel the bananas and mash them with a fork.
- Beat the eggs into an omelette.
- Put the butter in a bowl and add the sugar and the eggs in omelette.
- Then add the mashed bananas.
- Pour everything into the pan, and bake for 45 minutes.
- To check if cake is cooked enough, prick it with a knife before removing it from the oven: if the blade comes out dry, the cake is done.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes in the turned-off oven before unmolding it. Enjoy it cold.
