Ingredients

milk
400 milliliters
Protéine de Whey
450
Flour
500 grams
Eggs

baking powder
2 teaspoons
dietary bicarbonate
2 teaspoons
Vanilla Essence
vegetable oil
60 milliliters
  1. In a bowl, mix all the liquid ingredients: eggs, milk, vanilla essence and vegetable oil. You can use an electric or manual whisk.
  2. In another bowl, mix all the dry ingredients - flour, whey protein, baking powder and baking soda.
  3. Then pour in the liquid ingredients and mix vigorously.
  4. Let it sit for 30 minutes to 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  5. Cook in a preheated waffle iron for 3 - 5 minutes for each waffle.
