Ingredients
- milk
- 400 milliliters
- Protéine de Whey
- 450
- Flour
- 500 grams
- Eggs
- 2
- baking powder
- 2 teaspoons
- dietary bicarbonate
- 2 teaspoons
- Vanilla Essence
- vegetable oil
- 60 milliliters
- In a bowl, mix all the liquid ingredients: eggs, milk, vanilla essence and vegetable oil. You can use an electric or manual whisk.
- In another bowl, mix all the dry ingredients - flour, whey protein, baking powder and baking soda.
- Then pour in the liquid ingredients and mix vigorously.
- Let it sit for 30 minutes to 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Cook in a preheated waffle iron for 3 - 5 minutes for each waffle.
