Ingredients

Flour
200 grams
milk
200 milliliters
Egg
1
oil
3 tablespoons
baking powder
2 teaspoons
Sugar
2 tablespoons
Salt
0.5 teaspoon
  1. In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder and salt) together.
  2. In a second bowl beat the egg. Add the milk and oil. Mix well.
  3. Gently pour the entire dry bowl into a second bowl, mixing well.
  4. Heat your stove over medium heat.
  5. Using a sauce spoon or a small ladle, place "circles" in the pan. 1 spoon for 1 pancake.
  6. After 2-3 minutes when the bubbles appear and burst, turn the pancakes over.
  7. Serve pancakes as you wish - with maple syrup, jam, red fruits etc.
