Ingredients
- Rice flour
- 100 grams
- Corn flour
- 60 grams
- fécule de pomme de terre
- 40 grams
- Sugar
- 30 grams
- milk
- 3 Decilitres
- water
- 2 Decilitres
- Salt
- 3 Pinches
- baking powder
- 3 grams
- Eggs
- 2
- Mix the flours, starch and add salt, yeast and sugar.
- Then add the eggs and mix well with a spatula or blender.
- Next, pour in milk and water to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
- Finally, pour the dough into a lightly oiled pancake or blini pan and cook for at least 2 minutes on one side before turning it over.
- Serve with honey, jam, dark chocolate sauce or other salty toppings at your convenience.
