Ingredients
- Fresh basil
- 1 bunch
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- 40 grams
- Olive oil
- 10 centiliters
- salt flower
- 1 pinch
- garlic clove
- 1
- First peel the two garlic cloves.
- Then wash your fresh basil leaves before chopping them coarsely.
- Next insert your saltflower, garlic and basil into the mortar. Crush roughly.
- Then add Parmesan cheese and olive oil.
- Proceed on pounding until you obtain a smooth paste.
- Rectify the seasoning with salt and pepper if necessary.
