couscous
150 grams
honey

Salt
  1. In a saucepan cook the couscous seeds according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Cut the leek into strips.
  3. In a saucepan heated with a drizzle of olive oil, sauté the leek for one minute, then pour to the bottom of the water, cover and cook for 3 minutes.
  4. Cut the chicken into strips and add it to a frying pan with the leek. Cover and continue cooking for another 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Prepare the vinaigrette: in a small bowl squeeze the lemon juice. Add the honey, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix well.
  6. Serve the couscous with the chicken and honey vinaigrette poured over it with a chopped avocado.
