Ingredients
- warm water
- 1 1/2 cup
- Active-dry yeast
- 2 teaspoons
- Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons
- All-purpose flour
- 560 grams
- Salt
- The first step is to dissolve the yeast in the water: pour the warm water in a large bowl and stir in the yeast. Let stand until the yeast dissolves completely.
- Next stir in the all-purpose flour, water and olive oil and combine using a spatula till you obtain a shaggy dough.
- Remove from the bowl and knead on your kitchen work top till you obtain a homogenous ball. If the dough is sticky add some more flour but avoid adding too much flour.
- Let the dough rise for about 1 hour before using.
