icing sugar

  1. The secret for the perfect whipped cream: put your bowl in the refrigerator and your cream in the freezer for 15 minutes.
  2. Whisk together the cream and icing sugar at low speed fist then at high speed.
  3. The whipped cream should be stiff and not flow from the bowl when it is tilted.
