Ingredients

Baked beans
200 grams
fresh button mushrooms
200 grams
tomato

2 slices
bacon slices

Olive oil

  1. In a small saucepan without fat, heat the white beans with tomatoes over low heat.
  2. Cut the mushrooms into thin slices and fry them in a frying pan with olive oil for a few minutes. Set aside on a plate.
  3. Cut the tomato in four and in a frying pan make them a little brown on each side. Set aside on a plate.
  4. In a pan cook the bacon and sausages.
  5. Using a toaster toast the slices of bread.
  6. Cook the fried eggs.
  7. Serve the ingredients in a large plate.
  8. P.S. In the original English Breakfast recipe there is no avocado but feel free to add your favourite vegetables!
