Ingredients
- Eggs

- Baked beans
- 200 grams
- fresh button mushrooms
- 200 grams
- tomato
- 1
- Pain
- 2 slices
- bacon slices
- 4
- Olive oil
- Salt
- pepper
- In a small saucepan without fat, heat the white beans with tomatoes over low heat.
- Cut the mushrooms into thin slices and fry them in a frying pan with olive oil for a few minutes. Set aside on a plate.
- Cut the tomato in four and in a frying pan make them a little brown on each side. Set aside on a plate.
- In a pan cook the bacon and sausages.
- Using a toaster toast the slices of bread.
- Cook the fried eggs.
- Serve the ingredients in a large plate.
- P.S. In the original English Breakfast recipe there is no avocado but feel free to add your favourite vegetables!
