Ingredients

Metric US
Chicken breasts
4
Egg
1
Grated Parmesan cheese
100 grams
Fine salt
breadcrumbs
50 grams
corn or potato starch (maïzena)
1 tablespoon
Frying oil
  1. Faire chauffer l'huile dans une casserole à feu doux.
  2. Battre l'oeuf et la maïzena.
  3. Mélanger le parmesan et la chapelure.
  4. Saler et poivrer les escalopes de poulet.
  5. Passer les blancs de poulet dans le mélange oeuf et maïzena.
  6. Puis les enrober de la prépation parmesan et chapelure.
  7. Faire cuire les escalopes pendant 5mins de chaque côté, jusqu'à ce qu'elles soient dorées.
  8. Dans un plat, déposer les panés sur du sopalin, pour absorber l'excédent d'huile.
