Ingredients

Feta
100 grams
Flour
220 grams
baking powder
1 packet
Salt
1/2 teaspoon
Butter
100 grams
fresh double cream
200 grams
Egg

  1. Preheat oven to 180°.
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour with the yeast and salt, the softened butter, the eggs and the fresh cream.
  3. Finally, add the small cubes of feta cheese.
  4. Pour muffin batter 3/4 up the silicone cups.
  5. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the top of the cookies are golden brown.
  6. Unmold and leave to cool
