- Degerm and clean your garlic cloves. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces. Peel the carrots and grate them.
- Pour the garlic, olive oil and thyme into a pot containing 3 L of salted and peppered water. Add potatoes and carrots. Cover and cook for 40 minutes.
- Stir occasionally, making sure to crush your potatoes using the back of your spoon.
