Ingredients

Pour mouiller la génoise
milk
200 milliliters
cocoa

  1. On commencera d’abord par la confection de votre génoise. Mettre les œufs (3) et le sucre (150 g) dans un grand saladier et mixer vigoureusement à l’aide d’un fouet électrique ou manuel jusqu’à l’obtention d’un mélange mousseux. Ensuite verser le lait (200 ml) et l’huile (80 ml) et continuer à mélanger. Pour finir ajouter le cacao en poudre (30 g) , la levure et enfin la farine (190 g) préalablement tamissée.
  2. Verser le mélange dans un moule beurrer et mettre dans un four préchauffé à 180° C pendant 20 minutes.
  3. Entre temps préparer votre chocolat chaud pour imbiber le gâteau ; mélanger 200 ml de lait chaud et 15 g de cacao..
  4. Une fois votre gâteau cuit verser votre lait chaud dessus sans démouler. Verser en trois fois et attendre que le liquide soit bien imbibé avant de reverser.
  5. Mettre votre gâteau au frais au réfrigérateur.
  6. Il vous faudra maintenant passer à la préparation de votre crème chantilly : fouetter votre crème liquide entière et votre lait (bien froids).
  7. Étaler sur le gâteau bien refroidi de façon homogène. Filmer et mettre au réfrigérateur.
  8. Maintenant il ne vous reste plus qu'à préparer la dernière couche de votre gâteau : la ganache au chocolat ! Mettre votre lait à bouillir à feu moyen et une fois que vous voyez les bulles commencer à se former, mettre votre chocolat en morceaux et mélanger avec une spatule jusqu'à ce que le chocolat ait fondu et que vous ayez obtenu un mélange homogène.
  9. Une fois que la ganache a bien refroidi à température ambiante (attention si elle est trop chaude elle risque de faire fondre votre crème chantilly et si vous la mettez au réfrigérateur elle risque d'être difficile à étaler) verser sur votre gateau et lisser si besoin..
  10. Remettre au refrigérateur et laisser poser au moins 4 heures avant de déguster !
