Sage

double cream
2 tablespoons
Grated Parmesan cheese
20 grams
  1. Take the zest from the half of the orange.
  2. Squeeze the orange.
  3. In a heated frying pan with melted butter, add the sage leaves and fry them for 1-2 minutes. Then add the gnocchi and orange zest and fry for 2 minutes.
  4. Pour in the orange juice, salt, pepper, cover and continue cooking for 3 minutes.
  5. Add the cream and parmesan cheese, mix everything together. Serve immediately.
