- bulgur
- 160 grams
- Shelled cooked schrimps
- 120 grams
- Mixed salad

- In a small saucepan prepare the bulgur according to the instructions on the package. Once cooked, insert a drizzle of olive oil, some salt and pepper and with a fork mix everything to separate the seeds.
