Zucchini

Flour
250 grams
garlic clove

Vegetable broth
10 centiliters
Egg

Liquid full cream
40 centiliters
Grated Gruyère cheese
100 grams
Grated Parmesan cheese
80 grams
Basil
1 bunch
Olive oil
salt and pepper
  1. Dans une sauteuse faire revenir à l'huile d'olive les courgettes pelées si elles ne sont pas bio et coupées en rondelles un peu épaisses.
  2. Quand elles sont légèrement tendres, ajouter le riz et l'ail puis mélanger, saler, poivrer et cuire à feu doux à couvert durant 20mn jusqu'à ce que le riz soit cuit.
  3. Réserver la préparation.
  4. Faire préchauffer le four à 200°.
  5. Dans un saladier battre les oeufs avec la crème, les fromages et le basilic haché.
  6. Verser sur les courgettes et bien mélanger.
  7. Mettre la préparation dans un plat à gratin huilé et passer au four durant environ 15mn de façon à bien faire gratiner les fromages.
