- Cut the chicken into pieces.
- Sauté your chicken in the oil then add the minced onions and apple slices.
- Sprinkle your preparation with curry powder. Mix and incorporate the flour. Cook for 2 minutes over low heat then add the cream.
- Add 3/4l of water, the garnished bouquet, salt and pepper.
- leave to simmer, covered for 40 mins.
- Meanwhile cook your rice.
- Finally prepare the various side dishes which will be served in small bowls: sliced bananas, peanuts, coconut and chutney.
- Your guests hence only have to serve themselves and make their own mix.
