  1. Cut the chicken into pieces.
  2. Sauté your chicken in the oil then add the minced onions and apple slices.
  3. Sprinkle your preparation with curry powder. Mix and incorporate the flour. Cook for 2 minutes over low heat then add the cream.
  4. Add 3/4l of water, the garnished bouquet, salt and pepper.
  5. leave to simmer, covered for 40 mins.
  6. Meanwhile cook your rice.
  7. Finally prepare the various side dishes which will be served in small bowls: sliced ​​bananas, peanuts, coconut and chutney.
  8. Your guests hence only have to serve themselves and make their own mix.
