Olive oil
salt and pepper
  1. Cut the parchment paper into large 20cm x 20cm squares.
  2. Place the previously washed and drained tomato and courgette slices and the fish on top.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, sprinkle with crumbled thyme and drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392 °F).
  5. Close the papillotes and put them in the oven for 20 minutes.
