Ingredients
- Peel the carrot.
- Cut the leek and carrot into strips.
- In a frying pan heated with a drizzle of olive oil, brown the vegetables for a few minutes, then cover them with water, salt, pepper and add the herbs bouquet. Leave to simmer for 6 minutes.
- In a saucepan filled with salt water, cook the rice as directed on the package.
- Rinse and cut the fish into large pieces.
- In the vegetable pan add the fish pieces and the red beans. Prolong cooking for 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Serve the rice together with the simmered fish with red beans.
