Et voici une recette express pour confectionner son propre pain, blanc et digeste. Un régal tartiné de beurre pour accompagner les petits-déjeuners, les goûters et même les apéritifs!

Ingredients

Metric US
T55 flour
500 grams
dehydrated baking powder
1 packet
Salt
1 teaspoon
Olive oil
1 tablespoon
Glass of hot water

  1. Mêler farine, levure, sel et huile d'olive puis incorporer petit à petit l'eau jusqu'à obtention d'une pâte qui ne doit pas coller aux doigts et bien la pétrir pendant au moins 10mn.
  2. Lui donner une forme de boule ou une forme ovale et la déposer sur un plat chemisé de papier de cuisson.
  3. Dessiner des traits sur le dessus de la boule de pâte et la couvrir d'un torchon humide pour la laisser lever durant 1h.
  4. Badigeonner la pâte de lait puis faire cuire à four 200° durant 30 à 40mn.
