Ingredients

Metric US
puff pastry roll
1
natural tuna
150 grams
Garlic and Fine Herbs cheese
2 tablespoons
chopped chives
1 tablespoon
Olive oil
1 teaspoon
egg yolk
1
water
1 tablespoon
salt and pepper
  1. Découper la pâte décongelée en carrés d'environ 10cm de côté.
  2. Mélanger le thon égoutté avec le fromage frais, l'huile, la ciboulette finement ciselée, le sel et le poivre.
  3. Déposer sur chaque carré de pâte une cuillère à café bombée de farce et rabattre les 4 coins vers le centre que l'on pincera ensuite pour les souder.
  4. Dorer les paniers avec le mélange jaune d'oeuf et eau et cuire à four 200° durant 1/4h.
