Ingredients

Medium pumpkin

fresh bacon bits
400 grams
onion

Grated Gruyère cheese
100 grams
Full whipping cream
20 centiliters
salt and pepper
chives
20 sprigs
Olive oil
  1. Préchauffer le four à 180°.
  2. Laver les potimarrons puis découper les chapeaux.
  3. Les évider ensuite de leurs graines à l'aide d'une portionneuse à glace et passer les potimarrons et leurs couvercles 50mn au four pour une pré-cuisson.
  4. Les sortir du four puis les saler et poivrer et les réserver.
  5. Faire revenir à la poêle avec de l'huile d'olive les lardons durant 5mn puis ajouter les oignons émincés et cuire 5mn de plus.
  6. Verser la moitié du mélange lardons oignons dans les potimarrons, recouvrir de gruyère râpé puis ajouter l'autre moitié de farce et terminer par du râpé.
  7. Replacer les chapeaux sur les potimarrons et enfourner pour 40mn jusqu'à ce que la chair soit tendre.
