Ingredients

1 kilogram
onion

garlic clove

Olive oil
white wine
25 centiliters
water
50 centiliters
Thyme and laurel
salt and pepper
potatoes

  1. Brown the pork in the pan in a little oil until it is golden on all sides.
  2. Then add the garlic cloves and minced onions until they become translucent.
  3. Pour the wine, water into the pot/dutch-oven, then add the herbs, salt, pepper and leave to simmer for 1/2 hour.
  4. Peel the potatoes which will be placed around the roast and finish cooking for 1 hour by turning the pork over from time to time.
