- Brown the pork in the pan in a little oil until it is golden on all sides.
- Then add the garlic cloves and minced onions until they become translucent.
- Pour the wine, water into the pot/dutch-oven, then add the herbs, salt, pepper and leave to simmer for 1/2 hour.
- Peel the potatoes which will be placed around the roast and finish cooking for 1 hour by turning the pork over from time to time.
