Cette recette de saumon en papillote permet une cuisson vapeur qui retient toutes les saveurs et conserve au poisson toutes ses propriétés. Le saumon fait partie des poissons gras riches en omégas 3 donc excellents pour la santé et le coeur en particulier. Ses lipides vous aideront paradoxalement à perdre du poids dans le cadre d’un régime approprié. Pour les adeptes de musculation il pourra être consommé de temps en temps même en sèche.

Ingredients

Salmon fillet (4 oz)

red onion

garlic cloves

Fresh coriander

cherry tomatoes

60 grams
Espelette chilli pepper
salt and pepper
  1. Dans un saladier mêler oignon émincé, gousses d'ail écrasées, piment d'espelette au goût, coriandre ciselée et tomates découpées en 4.
  2. Découper 4 carrés de papier sulfurisé de 30cm x 30cm et déposer au centre de chacun d'eux 15g de feuilles d'épinards lavées et séchées.
  3. Poser ensuite le filet de saumon puis le 1/4 du mélange à base de tomates, du sel et du poivre et fermer le papier sulfurisé en papillote
  4. Déposer les papillotes sur un plat à four, l'ouverture sur le dessus et faire cuire à four 200° durant 12 à 20mn selon que l'on aime le poisson rosé au coeur ou très cuit.
