onion

celery stalks
5 grams
Parsley
1 bunch
coriander
1/2 bunch
Large tomato pulp can

Cumin powder
2 teaspoons
Paprika
2 teaspoons
Turmeric
2 teaspoons
salt and pepper
Olive oil
Large chickpeas can

  1. Découper l'agneau en petits morceaux et le faire revenir dans une cocotte avec l'huile d'oive.
  2. Lui ajouter les oignons et le céleri découpés en julienne puis le persil et la coriandre ciselés.
  3. Incorporer ensuite la pulpe de tomates et les épices.
  4. Verser l'eau puis saler et poivrer.
  5. Porter à ébullition et faire cuire la soupe durant 30mn.
  6. Y verser ensuite les pois chiches rincés et égouttés et les lentilles puis continuer la cuisson pendant encore 10mn. C'est prêt...
