The most Italian of all cocktails! The Aperol Spritz is a light and summery aperitif cocktail. If you don’t have a measuring device, you can pour 1/3 of Aperol, 2/3 of Prosecco and a dash of sparkling water.

Ingredients

Metric US

Prosecco: 6 centiliters; 0.25 cup
Sparkling water: 2 centiliters; 0.08 cup
Tranche d'orange: 1; 1
icecubes: 3; 3
Aperol: 4 centiliters; 0.17 cup

Place 3 ice cubes in a rocks glass or tumbler and place a slice of orange on top.
Add the aperol and prosecco and stir lightly.
Add the sparkling water last.
