The most Italian of all cocktails! The Aperol Spritz is a light and summery aperitif cocktail. If you don’t have a measuring device, you can pour 1/3 of Aperol, 2/3 of Prosecco and a dash of sparkling water.

4 centiliters
  1. Place 3 ice cubes in a rocks glass or tumbler and place a slice of orange on top.
  2. Add the aperol and prosecco and stir lightly.
  3. Add the sparkling water last.
