These rolls or buns stuffed with surimi have a pleasant flavor quite close to real flesh. They are pleasant to enjoy for the appetizer or for a diner cocktail.

Ingredients

Metric US
fresh double cream
3 tablespoons
Ketchup
2 tablespoons
Crab sticks

Whiskey
1 teaspoon
pepper
Mini pains au lait

  1. Shred the surimi sticks and add the cream, ketchup, whiskey and pepper.
  2. Open each roll or bun in two parts and spoon the previous mixture on the bottom part.
  3. Cover with the top part and place on a serving dish which should be chilled.
