A yummy hot chocolate recipe to warm you up during the winter evenings. You can add coffee if you wish for something a little stronger.

Metric US

Cut the chocolate into small pieces.
Put half of your milk to boil over medium heat, add the cocoa powder, stir with a whisk until you have no more lumps.
Add the rest of your milk, then the small pieces of chocolate, stir until all the chocolate has melted.
You can add a little milk if the mixture seems too thick. Serve with cookies or a vanilla cake. Sweeten to your liking.
