Ingredients

Metric US
milk
1 liter
Powdered cocoa
3 tablespoons
Plain chocolate
180 grams
  1. Cut the chocolate into small pieces.
  2. Put half of your milk to boil over medium heat, add the cocoa powder, stir with a whisk until you have no more lumps.
  3. Add the rest of your milk, then the small pieces of chocolate, stir until all the chocolate has melted.
  4. You can add a little milk if the mixture seems too thick. Serve with cookies or a vanilla cake. Sweeten to your liking.
