milk
100 milliliters
Semi-salted butter (full-fat)
50 grams
nutmeg

  1. Wash your potatoes, and pour them in a saucepan filled with slightly salted boiling water. Allow a cooking time of about 30 minutes for potatoes the size of an egg (45 minutes if they are big potatoes). 3. In a saucepan, add milk and bring to boil for a few minutes.
  4. Then add the hot milk to the potato mash, and mix well with a whisk.
  5. Add the butter in small cubes while continuing to whisk till the preparation is homogeneous.
  6. Season with salt, pepper or nutmeg and fleur de sel.
  7. Enjoy the hot mashed potatoes with a good roast beef or bakes chicken breast, fish in court-bouillon or a small green salad! Enjoy your meal !
