Encore un apéritif de dernière minute! Plus de biscuits salés, de crackers ou de chips dans le placard? Alors vite décongelons une pâte feuilletée que l’on garnit d’un mélange goûteux de pesto et d’anchois et nous voici partis sur les bords de la Méditerranée.

Ingredients

Metric US
puff pastry roll

green or red pesto paste pots

Anchovy fillets

egg yolk

  1. Décongeler la pâte feuilletée.
  2. Bien mélanger la sauce pesto que l'on réserve et à part mixer rapidement quelques anchois.
  3. Découper la pâte feuilletée en 2 bandes égales de 12cm de largeur et environ 20 à 25cm de longueur.
  4. Etaler une fine couche de pesto sur l'une des bandes et une couche d'anchois.
  5. Couvrir avec la seconde bande de pâte et solidariser l'ensemble au rouleau pâtissier mais sans appuyer.
  6. Couper l'ensemble en 2 parties égales dans le sens de la longueur et quadriller la surface très superficiellement au couteau.
  7. Couper des allumettes que l'on passera au mélange jaune d'oeuf et eau après les avoir disposées sur une tôle recouverte de papier sulfurisé et cuire 30mn à four 150°.
