Ingredients

Metric US
Graines de basilic (toukmaria)
2 tablespoons
milk
1 liter
Lait concentré sucré
1 can
Agar-agar
2 teaspoons
Vanilla Essence
1 teaspoon
  1. Dissoudre l'agar-agar dans un peu d'eau froide puis verser dans 300 ml d'eau très bouillante et mélanger. Laisser refroidir puis placer au réfrigérateur jusqu'à gélification.
  2. Faire tremper les graines de basilic dans un grand bol d'eau et laisser gonfler.
  3. Mettre le lait et le lait concentré dans une casserole dans un casserole et laisser chauffer, enlever du feu dès que le mélange commence à bouillir. Mettre au frigo.
  4. Râper l'agar-agar lorsqu'il s’est bien solidifié. Enlever l'excédent d’eau des graines de basilic.
  5. Mettre l'agar-agar râpé et les graines de basilic dans le lait.
  6. Servir très froid avec une boule de glace.
