Ingredients

150 grams
Apples

Unsalted butter
125 grams
Brown sugar
150 grams
vanilla sugar
1 packet
  1. Preheat your oven to 180 ° C (350° F) .
  2. Wash, peel and then seed your apples. Cut into cubes and add the vanilla sugar packet.
  3. Mix the flour and the brown sugar in a salad bowl.
  4. Stir in the butter and knead. Continue to till you obtain a 'sand' texture.
  5. Butter an oven dish or ramekins for individual portions. Add the apples.
  6. Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the apples. Cook for 25 minutes in the oven.
