Ingredients
- Frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 packet
- Oyster sauce
- 4 tablespoons
- soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon
- onion
- 1
- Salt
- pepper
- oil
- Crush 4 garlic cloves.
- In a small bowl make a marinade using the oyster sauce, garlic, soy sauce, salt and pepper.
- Peel and slice a large onion
- Put the peeled shrimp to marinate in the mixture for about 15 minutes.
- Sauté the shrimp and onions in half the marinade until they begin to become slightly brown.
- Then add the mixed vegetables and the rest of the marinade to your cooking vessel and continue to sauté for a few minutes.
