Ingredients

Metric US
Frozen mixed vegetables
1 packet
Oyster sauce
4 tablespoons
soy sauce
1 tablespoon
onion

Salt
pepper
oil
  1. Crush 4 garlic cloves.
  2. In a small bowl make a marinade using the oyster sauce, garlic, soy sauce, salt and pepper.
  3. Peel and slice a large onion
  4. Put the peeled shrimp to marinate in the mixture for about 15 minutes.
  5. Sauté the shrimp and onions in half the marinade until they begin to become slightly brown.
  6. Then add the mixed vegetables and the rest of the marinade to your cooking vessel and continue to sauté for a few minutes and continue to sauté for a few minutes.
