Ingredients

- Prepare the cocktail sauce by mixing cream, ketchup, whiskey, salt and pepper.
- Then add the cubed avocados and whole shrimp, keeping 4 shrimps for the decoration.
- Cut the salad into strips and season with a drizzle of olive oil and a few drops of soy sauce
- Place the salad at the bottom of the cups or verrines then add the avocado and shrimp mixture and finish with a shrimp placed on the top of the cup.
