Ingredients
- Sweet potato
- 2
- oil
- 1 tablespoon
- corn or potato starch (maïzena)
- 1 tablespoon
- Sweet paprika
- 1.5 teaspoons
- pepper
- 2 Pinches
- Salt
- 2 Pinches
- Plain yoghurt pot
- 1

- 6 sprigs
- Garlic powder
- 1 pinch
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (356 °F) on convection mode
- Wash and peel the sweet potatoes.
- Cut your sweet potato fries
- In a bowl mix the sweet potato strips with the oil, cornstarch, paprika. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place the fries directly on the oven rack covered with baking paper or a baking mat. Bake them for about 30 minutes turning halfway through cooking.
- Prepare the sauce: finely chop the chives. In a small bowl mix all the ingredients to make the sauce. Squeeze a dash of lemon juice.
