- Mix flour and sugar and add the oil to obtain a stiff dough.
- Make small dough balls, arrange them on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Make a little cut at the top pf the biscuits.
- Bake at 150 °C (300°F) for about 25 to 30 minutes depending on whether you want soft or crunchy cookies.
- Sprinkle the montecados with cinnamon.
